Our community college Group Visit consists of a transfer specific presentation and a walking tour which will last 1.5-2 hours total. Students will complete a contact form, receive NMSU pamphlets, and Aggie swag.

Our high school Group Visit consists of a presentation geared towards incoming freshman and a walking tour, which will last 1.5-2 hours total. Students will complete a contact form, receive NMSU pamphlets, and Aggie swag.

Our middle school Group Visit consists of a welcome and tour which lasts 45-60 minutes total. Chaperones will be provided viewbooks and Aggie swag to be handed out during or after your visit. Students will be requested to complete a contact form.

Our elementary school Group Visit consists of a welcome and tour which lasts 30-45 minutes total. Chaperones will be provided viewbooks and Aggie swag to be handed out during or after your visit.

Given the limited facilities and resources that we have as a university to work with this young of an age group, our Campus Visit Coordinator will reach out to you to discuss options for your selected date.

Visitor Commitment

To minimize the risk to public health presented by the spread of COVID-19 while visiting the NMSU campus, visitors are expected to adhere to the following:
- I will wear the multilayer cloth face covering or personal protective equipment and practice proper hand-washing techniques frequently.

- I will maintain physical distance of at least 6 feet between myself and others to limit the chance of acquiring or spreading COVID-19.

- I will follow instructions regarding seating instructions in campus buildings.

- I agree to closely monitor my health and will not to participate in face-to-face activities if I feel sick or if I develop or display symptoms of COVID-19.

- If I have a positive test for COVID-19 or I develop symptoms, I agree cancel my visit to NMSU and may reschedule at a later date. I will follow public health requirements.

- I understand that failure to follow these expected behaviors would be detrimental to public health efforts and could impact my ability to continue visiting the campus of NMSU.

By submitting this form you are verifying that all information provided above is correct to the best of your knowledge. Upon receiving this information, our Campus Visit Coordinator will work to find an appropriate place for our office to meet with your group (varies depending on age of students and size of group). They will communicate with your main contact with any follow up questions. Meeting location and parking details will be provided in your reminder email, roughly one week before your visit.
